Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

For Regular Orders

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 2–4 days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
- US Delivery usually takes about 4–9 business days.
- International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
Orders are shipped by ePacket/US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the
warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 24 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

For Back-orders:

“Back Order” means that the product is currently not in stock at Omega Chairs. You can still order the article, and Omega Chairs will then order the article at the supplier. In general the delay on back-ordered articles is 2 to 3 weeks time.

Orders containing back-ordered items are shipped when all articles are back in stock. If the foreseen delay is more than 3 weeks, then we will contact the customer to see what we can do.
